The terms that apply when you book a service with WashXperts Services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By contacting WashXperts Services through this website, phone, or WhatsApp, and by booking a repair visit, you agree to the terms set out on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book a service with us.
2. Our services
WashXperts Services provides doorstep repair for top load and front load washing machines across residential areas in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Our technicians diagnose the fault on-site and carry out repairs using genuine spare parts, subject to parts availability.
3. Booking and scheduling
Service requests can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or through this website. We aim to offer same-day visits for requests received during business hours; however, exact timing depends on technician availability in your area and is confirmed with you directly, not guaranteed by this website.
4. Diagnosis and pricing
Our technician inspects your machine and confirms the fault, the required parts, and the total cost before starting any repair. Work begins only after you approve the quoted cost. Any additional issues found during the repair are communicated to you before extra charges apply.
5. Spare parts and warranty
Replacement parts fitted by our technicians are genuine and covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period confirmed at the time of service. This warranty covers the part and its installation; it does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, water damage, electrical surges, or issues arising after unauthorized repair by a third party.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time the repair is completed, through the method confirmed with your technician. Prices communicated during booking are estimates until the technician confirms the exact fault on-site.
7. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a visit by contacting us on phone or WhatsApp before the technician is dispatched. Repeated cancellations or a technician unable to gain access at the scheduled time may result in a revised booking slot.
8. Customer responsibilities
Please ensure someone is available at the service address during the confirmed visit window, and that the technician has reasonable access to the washing machine and a working power and water connection where relevant to the repair.
9. Limitation of liability
WashXperts Services takes reasonable care during every repair. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, faults unrelated to the repair performed, or issues arising from the age or condition of the appliance beyond our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service provided.
10. Brand names
References to washing machine brands on this site describe the makes and models we service. WashXperts Services is an independent repair provider and is not an authorized service center for any manufacturer unless stated otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that service.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
